6:00 p.m. Every Wednesday  Mid-Week Bible Study for Adults and Youth.

 

Every 5th Sunday -  Body & Soul Sunday, a health partner with UAB Center for the Study of Community Health.  You have but One Life to Live, a healthy lifestyle with good nutrition and exercise can be a game changer for you.   African Americans often die prematurely because of untreated or late treatment of chronic diseases such as heart disease, stroke, diabetes, cancer and more.   Thought:  "Live Life Fit" -  a phrase borrowed from Robert McAdory, Fitness Specialist, Huntsville, AL.
